1. Compile all the pictures that you want to include in your book/calendar. Make sure that your pictures have a resolution of not less than 300 dpi. (For printed pictures we scan them absolutely for free.)
2. Make page descriptions or captions for a group of pictures that you want to go together in a single page. You may double click on the Themes found at the Photo Book/Photo Calendar page to see how many pictures can fit in one page in your chosen theme.
3. Arrange your pictures according to the order that you want them to appear in the book/calendar.
4. Choose your book’s theme, size, cover type, and cover color. For calendars you just have to pick a theme.
5. Burn your pictures on a blank CD-R or you may also bring memory cards or USB/flash drives.
6. Drop by our store at Banilad Town Centre or SM Northwing with your files and specific instructions. Fill out the order form with your name and contact details. Make a down payment of 50% of the total.
7. You may now start laying out your book/calendar together with our staff. However, if you are in a hurry you can also opt to leave the laying out to our staff. We will just get in touch with you once the layout is ready for proof reading. You can also opt to have the layout emailed to you so you don’t have to come back incase revisions need to be done.
8. Another option would be to send your pictures to us via internet. Just make a .zip file of your pictures and send through http://dropbox.yousendit.com/thebananabook Once we receive your files we will inform you about our payment scheme. Please do not forget to include your name and contact number.
9. Once the layout is completed make sure that no captions are misspelled and all pictures go together with their appropriate captions. If no more revisions need to be made you must sign the approval form.
10. Settle the remaining balance.
11. Wait 3 to 4 working days.
12. You will receive a notice via mobile phone or landline to pick up your order from our store. We can also deliver your order anywhere in the Philippines. (Free shipping for Large Hard Cover Photo Books).

How to order other products

1. Prepare your photos by making sure that all files have at least 300dpi resolution.
2. Choose which product you want to order.
3. For internet orders send the compressed .zip file of all your pictures and send to http://dropbox.yousendit.com/thebananabook
4. Once the files have been sent, send a follow up email to thebananabook@yahoo.com with the following information: Name, Contact Numbers, order, quantity of order, pick up point (BTC or SM) 
5. Once we receive all the information needed we are going to contact you to discuss the payment scheme.
6. Upon receiving your payment we are going to process your order.
7. Once done we are going to contact you to pick up your order at your desired pick up point. For orders to be shipped outside Cebu City we will be giving you the tracking number for your package through text or email.
